Help our students prepare to graduate workforce-ready by supporting them through matching their savings, mentorship, and real-world experiences.
ABOUT EARN TO LEARN FL
We Empower Low-to-Moderate Income Students to Successfully Complete College
Established in 2011, Earn to Learn FL is a successful matched savings financial assistance program. It combines student savings with financial assistance, personal finance training, and college success coaching to help low-to moderate-income and under-represented students obtain a college education and graduate career ready with little to no student loan debt.
We enlist students as investors in their own education, so they’ll have a stake in their success. We empower them with personal finance training to ensure they can navigate their personal financial responsibility and improve their economic mobility. And we support them with success coaching and mentorship. These Earn to Learn FL “pillars” comprise a groundbreaking, holistic approach to preparation for higher education with remarkable results.
We support students from income challenged backgrounds all the way through college completion. And that truly takes a village. We are humbled by the support of all our existing partners, and excited to invite you to join us in this movement.
Earn to Learn FL™ has blessed me so much, as my family faces a significant deal of financial burden and emotional stress, and the program has allowed me to become a first-generation college student.

My dream job is to become a PA and provide my services to a low-income community like the one I grew up in. I want to help people who have a hard time receiving medical care due to financial hardships, legal residency concerns, or a language barrier.
I moved to Florida with barely enough money for my first semester of college. I didn’t know if I would have to take time off or take out loans. But thanks to Earn to Learn FL™, I’m on track to graduate on time and have zero debt.
Because of my family’s economic position, there has always been a lack of financial knowledge. I cannot thank this program enough for working with me and giving me the opportunity to become proficient in my financial skills.
