Stacy Lee-Williams is the Fund Administrator of The Founders Scholarship Fund that works to provide financial assistance to young men and women from Collier County in their pursuit of post high school education and training and have extensive experience working with non-profits.  

With a passion for education, diversity and serving women and girls, Stacy started GROW - Global Rising of Women - an online community where women are invited to Elevate Empower and Educate other women through sharing their stories, online classes and a yearly retreat. Global rising of women is a place where women can highlight important causes, share powerful resources and uplift each other. She is also a Certified Diversity Professional. Nationally certified, she spends time in the community assisting local schools, organizations etc. on trainings including speaking at NO RACE NO HATE at Florida Gulf Coast University, facilitating a Look at the Caribbean week at the Quality Life Center Teen Program, Winter workshop at Immokalee Foundation and with Hodges University at Gulf Coast Academy in Naples.  

Seeing the need to showcase the positive aspect of the Caribbean community in SWFL, Stacy founded Riddim Runway Festival, a free event that benefited local nonprofits while showcasing the best of music and fashion that the Caribbean have to offer.  Founded in 2008 as a small gathering, Riddim Runway grew into a festival of over 3000 people in attendance and gave back to several non-profit organizations in the Southwest Florida Community, including FGCU Food Pantry, Sidney Berne Davis Art Center and Bridges Youth Center. 

Over the years, Stacy’s dedication to serving the community led her to serve on the Advisory Board for Dress for Success, Advisory committee for the Hodges University Diversity Festival, Board Secretary of The Founders Scholarship Fund, Board Secretary of The Laboratory Theatre of Southwest Florida, Advisory Committee for Lee County Housing Development to name a few.
